QuanTemplate Technologies Ltd. (“QuanTemplate”) announces the successful completion of a £5.225m equity fundraising and the appointment of Ron Carlier and Pascal Bouvier as directors of the board. The fund raise was lead by Route 66 Ventures and supported by existing investor, Anthemis along with new shareholders to the company including, Transamerica Ventures (part of the Aegon Group) and Allianz Digital Corporate Ventures (part of Allianz SE). Ron Carlier has 40 years experience in the international insurance markets and was formerly CEO of R. K. Carvil, the leading independent specialty treaty broker. He joins the QuanTemplate board in an executive capacity to help drive growth in both the London Market and the U.S.
